Throughout the program, you will engage in introspection and self-knowledge through reflection and self-analysis. Upon completion, you will receive a summary of your process and feedback.

Live Sessions
20 weeks of continuous support, 8 live sessions of 2 hours each, plus an initial kick-off.
Face to Face
4 days of intensive, hands-on learning to enhance creative and effective leadership skills.
