We use Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle model to design the pitch from the Why, How & What, mapping the purpose (Housell), how you make a difference, and what you offer. Participants leave with a clear idea of how to make their performance practical and attractive.

Learning by doing

Throughout the program, you will engage in introspection and self-knowledge through reflection and self-analysis. Upon completion, you will receive a summary of your process and feedback.

You’re not alone! By enrolling in the program, you will gain access to the learning community where you will receive tips, videos, content, infographics, and more. You will also have the opportunity to share your knowledge and experiences with your fellow program participants

This is what our programs are like

Live Sessions

The program consists of 10 weeks of continuous support and a learning community. You will do 2 live sessions of 2 hours each, in addition to the kick-off at the beginning of the program which will generate much engagement with the participants.

Face to face

We will meet in person for 1 day to fully delve into all the knowledge! You will click and lead the conflict in your teams
