In this program, you will learn to identify the needs of your meetings to define your own effective meeting model. You will analyze the time spent in meetings and compare it with global benchmarks to identify critical areas. Using Patrick Lencioni’s five tips, you will learn to understand the purpose of the meeting, clarify what is at stake, use hooks, provoke conflict, and allocate sufficient time to create your own golden rules. During the program, you will create your meeting model by defining roles and responsibilities, establishing tasks, and deciding the types of meetings according to the occasion.
