In this program, you will learn how to give effective feedback, the guidelines you should follow to enhance it, behaviors to avoid, key skills to integrate both in giving and receiving feedback, as well as practical exercises.
Throughout the program, you will engage in introspection and self-knowledge through reflection and self-analysis. Upon completion, you will receive a summary of your process and feedback.

You’re not alone! By enrolling in the program, you will gain access to the learning community where you will receive tips, videos, content, infographics, and more. You will also have the opportunity to share your knowledge and experiences with your fellow program participants.

Live Sessions
3 weeks with continuous support and learning community. Weekly 1-hour live sessions in addition to the kickoff at the beginning of the program to generate engagement with the participants.
We will meet in person for half a day to squeeze out all the knowledge. You will make the click to learn to communicate in a neutral and constructive way.
