Through gamification, we create an experience to achieve individual and group learning outcomes.

The Program

In this program, you’ll learn to prioritize, solve problems, lead teams, influence, make decisions, give feedback, and achieve unimaginable results through a role-playing game where climbing Everest is your ultimate challenge.

Methodology

Learning by doing

Throughout the program, you will engage in introspection and self-knowledge through reflection and self-analysis. Upon completion, you will receive a summary of your process and feedback.

You’re not alone! By enrolling in the program, you will gain access to the learning community where you will receive tips, videos, content, infographics, and more. You will also have the opportunity to share your knowledge and experiences with your fellow program participants.

Live Sessions

20 weeks of continuous support, 8 live sessions of 2 hours each, plus an initial kick-off.

Presencial

4 days of intensive, hands-on learning to enhance creative and effective leadership skills.
